A New Vice President
Come the next academic year, there will be a new Vice President in UNMC. Professor Brian Atkin will be replaced by Ian Pashby.
Some of you might not know this but Ian Pashby has started to assume some of Brian’s work in his absence. While Ian’s appointment as the Vice President will mean very little to most, it is important to note that ultimately, the VP has the final say in all things in UNMC, from academic appeals to welfare. As a note, to all cricket players, Ian Pashby was the man that approved the use of the basketball court as a cricket ground until a proper pitch can be made.
To the Atkins, we here at WhatsUpNotts would like to wish you thank you for all your hard work during your time here in ensuring a better Nottingham for each and every one of the student population.

In the past few weeks, I found out that there’s quite a number of Nottingham bloggers but unfortunately, there is no ‘one-stop’ website where you can check out all the available Nottingham blogs out there. Its always interesting to see what other people have to say about UNMC so here, I am making a website that could be wiki website of sorts that caters to all the digital interest of all Nottingham Malaysia students.
